Delete your account

You can delete your Qvart account at any time, right in the app.

In the app

  1. 1Open Qvart and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile, then Settings.
  3. 3Choose Account and security, then Delete account.
  4. 4Confirm the deletion.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send a request from the address you signed up with to info@qvartapp.com.

We reply within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

What happens

  • Your account is hidden from other people at once, and upcoming activities you organise are cancelled.
  • For 30 days you can change your mind: sign in and choose Reactivate account.
  • After 30 days your profile, photos, email address and other personal data are permanently deleted.
  • Messages and ratings that are part of other people's chats and activities stay without your name, as a deleted user.
